My background spans 15 years of experience working in digital, from beginnings as a lowly database lackey through to working as a content strategist with the world’s largest media organisation (and beyond).

Besides working as a freelance strategist and developer for the past 10 years, I’ve also worked in-house or client-side for some great organisations, including:

2015 – Social Media Strategist; The New Daily
In this project, I undertook research and analysis to develop a new social media approach for online news outlet The New Daily, including social media strategy, internal processes, policies and guidelines, style and tone, reporting, and so on.

2015-2016 – Community Manager; Kmart
Moderation and customer service via Kmart’s Facebook page of 500,000+ users.

2015 – Content Strategist; Bauer Xcel Media
Working across magazine titles like MOTOR, Wheels, Street Machine, 4×4 Australia, Australian Motorcycle News and many others. Content strategy, brand workshops, social media strategy, feature writing, community management, policy development and more.
